Coming Events and Information

August 14/15th. 24 Hour Adventure Race. 

Congratulations to Team Yoga Slackers and Nuun/FTM/Brand/Dart for a great fight for the win and to Team Yoga Slackers for prevailing.  A great course and great teams made for a great event.

Thank you to all the inspiring competitors who come out and push the envelope, whether that envelope be their personal envelope or the world class athletic envelope that we are lucky enough to host at Gold Rush. Thanks to all of the volunteers at Gold Rush who also enjoyed watching the teams tackle the course.

June 25th 2010. Night 'O'.  Second annual night orienteering under a full moon. We had great fun at Red Hills with a bright full moon and a barbie afterwards!  Great nav practice. Results 

June 5th 2010. Summer Challenge. Team Synergy/Sho-Air won the 2010 Six hour Summer Challenge Adventure Race. Results  Info

 

November 4th-8th 2009 - Gold Rush 4 day - 'The Mother Lode'. Congratulations to team 'NorCal'.

Multi day adventure racing returned to the West Coast to showcase the toughest of the California Sierras in an internationally contested event.

Teams finished at lake Don Pedro on Sunday 8th after 4 days of racing. Team Norcal visited 39 out of 40 checkpoints and made it to the finish just 30 minutes before the 4pm cutoff to win  the event. Team Yoga Slackers was second and 'Kayak Lake Mead' third.  Ten out of 12 teams completed the course although 2 were unranked as team members had dropped out.
